What is Sebocalm shampoo
Sebocalm Shampoo is a moisturising and gentle shampoo designed for frequent use on your dog or cat. It has the dual effect of improving both the skin and coat’s condition. It is soap-free and can also be used on puppies and kittens.
It is free of soap and hypoallergenic so is useful for moisturising dry skin and helps maintain optimum condition. It is gentle on the skin and designed for dogs and cats with normal skin types. The ingredients combine to aid the drying out effects of common environmental conditions such as central heating.
It is applied after wetting your dog or cat’s coat with warm or lukewarm water, adding enough shampoo to make a rich lather. Then you massage it into the coat gently and leave it on for five minutes. Rinse well with clean water. Use the shampoo weekly or as instructed by your veterinary surgeon.
How does Sebocalm shampoo work?
Sebocalm Shampoo uses spherulites which allow for the slow release of the ingredients after the shampoo has been rinsed off, and also chitosanide which is a natural biopolymer creating a kind of protective film on the hair and skin. The shampoo is pH neutral.
