All orders for prescription-only medication must be approved by our veterinary team before they can be dispatched, please note if you choose express delivery, this will be from the point the item is approved by the team. This is usually within a few hours but can take up to 72 hours from placing your order.

When will my order be delivered? 

The courier will attempt delivery between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday as standard.

Can I return my order?

UK Pets are not able to accept returns on prescription medication. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Where do you deliver to?

UK Pets are only able to ship to the UK. This includes the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands.

Will I be given an ETA for my delivery?

Yes, you'll receive a notification on the day of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
