Returns

returns

Our policy does not allow for any medication to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.

Cancellations

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return medication to us because it is:

  • (i) not as described;
  • (ii) not fit for purpose; or
  • (iii) damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.

How long you have depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered. If no exclusions apply (see clause 10.4), you have 14 (fourteen) days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the products.
