Choose your treatment
We offer a wide range of medications and treatments to suit your pet's every need. You can explore our range by condition, by animal or by using our handy search bar to quickly find exactly what you need. We offer most of our treatments on subscription, so you can choose how often you would like your pet’s medication automatically delivered.
Once you’ve found the treatment that you’re looking for, you’ll be able to learn more about the medication and what it’s for, as well as what class of medication it is. If it’s a prescription medication then you’ll need a valid prescription before your order can be sent, and if it’s an over-the- counter treatment then you’ll simply be able to checkout and your order will be on its way.

Upload your prescription
If the item you’re looking to order is a prescription-only medication then you will need a valid prescription from a vet before your order will be dispatched. You can still add the item to your basket, checkout and pay but we won’t be able to send the order out until we’ve received the prescription.
Start by getting a prescription from a vet and then place your order for the recommended medication. You can upload your prescription straight away, email it in or send it by post. Our team will then check the prescription against the item ordered to ensure its suitability. Once this has been approved, your order will be dispatched from our dispensary to your chosen delivery address.
3.
Receive your treatment
When checking out with your item, you will be able to choose from a range of delivery methods. If your chosen treatment is non-prescription then this will be sent out as soon as possible. If your chosen treatment is a prescription item then your order will be shipped once we have received & checked the prescription.
You should factor in that your order will be sent when we receive the prescription, not when you first place the order, so be mindful of this when choosing your delivery method.
We send all of our orders in unbranded boxes so once it has been dispatched from our UK, family-run dispensary. Your order will be with you quickly and discreetly.
