Instructions for Malaseb Shampoo for Dogs and Cats

Before use, start by wetting your animal with water and then apply the shampoo and massage it into the coat. You should use enough shampoo to create a good lather, so that it penetrates to the skin. Don’t forget hard-to-reach areas like between the toes and under the tail.

After applying the shampoo, leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse it off and allow to dry naturally. Make sure your animal does not lick itself during application or before their coat has dried.

For use in dogs, the shampoo should initially be used twice weekly and then this can be reduced to once a week when symptoms begin to subside. For use in cats, the shampoo should be used twice weekly until coat brushings are negative for ringworm (maximum treatment period is 16 weeks).
