Fleascreen Combo Spot-On for Cats and Dogs is used to treat infestations of fleas, ticks and lice in your dog or cat. It contains the active ingredients; fipronil and [S]-methoprene. It comes as a pipette of yellow liquid that is applied to the skin on the back of the neck of your dog or cat.
The solution works rapidly to provide quick relief from flea infestations on their own or in association with biting lice and/or ticks. It guards against new infestations of adult fleas for four weeks in cats and eight weeks in dogs.
It prevents the fleas from multiplying by hindering the development of eggs and larvae coming from the eggs laid by adults for six weeks after it has been applied to cats, and eight weeks in dogs. The solution is effective at killing ticks for up to two weeks in cats and four weeks in dogs and can be used to treat biting lice.

The active ingredients in Fleascreen Combo Spot-On for Cats and Dogs are fipronil and (S)-methoprene. Fipronil works to over-stimulate the nervous system of the parasite on contact. It works to kill 98-100% of adult fleas within the first 24 hours and keeps working for up to eight weeks in dogs.
The addition of (S)-methoprene in this medicine helps the treatment to eliminate adult fleas and their eggs, larvae and pupae to prevent multiplication.
