Advantage Spot-On is an effective treatment that comes in easy-to-use pipettes. When administered to your pet, it can provide up to 4 weeks of flea protection in cats and dogs and up to 1 weeks protection in rabbits.

The innovative medication kills fleas through contact and the dose you will require will depend on your pet. Advantage 40 is suitable for small cats, rabbits and dogs, Advantage 80 is suitable for large cats and rabbits and then there are a number of strengths available for different sized dogs.

The active ingredients in Advantage Spot-On for Dogs, Cats and Rabbits is Imidacloprid. Imidacloprid works on fleas and other parasites by disrupting the nerve signals to paralyse and subsequently kill them. 

This medicine can be far more effective than conventional flea treatments as it kills the fleas on contact, rather than needing for the parasite to first feed on your pet to start working. This means that your pet is not only protected from uncomfortable flea bites but also from any parasitic-related diseases that are transmitted through bites.
